Questions to Ask Yourself About Hair Loss

If you find that you’re having hair loss, you may feel your situation is scary. Many people might not think about being strategic in how they handle the situation, especially if they find themselves panicking. Becoming emotional will always drown out our ability to be logical in any situation. Your situation regarding your hair loss is no different.

I’ve created a series of questions to ask yourself regarding your circumstance. The idea here is to walk yourself through a guided process that can help you analyze why you feel the way you do regarding your hair loss. By asking yourself these questions, you’ll have a better understanding of why you feel the way you do.

1) Hair loss is due to DHT 95% of the time. Knowing this, do I feel that my situation could be in the 5% where my hair loss is due to something else?

2) Am I willing to see a doctor to find out?

3) Am I overly stressed?

4) If I am overly stressed, what key changes can I make in my lifestyle to relax more?

5) Regardless of the reason’s for my hair loss, how much do I care about my hair loss on a scale of one to ten? Ten represents caring about your hair loss the most.

6) If the number I have chosen is closer to ten, why is it that I care so much about my hair loss? If the number is closer to one, why do I care so little about my hair loss?

7) Who are the five most important people in my life?

8) On a scale of one to ten, how do I much do I believe that each one of these people would care that I am losing my hair? Give a number to each person that you list.

9) Why did I give each person that particular number?

10) Does it matter more to me what I think of my hair loss or what others may think? Why?

11) Which is greater? Is the stress of trying to maintain or re grow my hair greater or less than living with my hair loss?

12) If my hair loss is due to DHT, what options have I looked into to combat the DHT?

13) Hair follicles most likely will not be able to be revived beyond the three year mark of having lost the hair. Is my hair loss within that time frame?

14) When I’m looking into options to combat my hair loss, how much research am I willing to put into finding a product that I can trust?

15) Have I gone to Revivogen.com to see if I can find the answers that I’m looking for?

Many times we don’t know why we feel the way we do regarding a particular situation. Hair loss is easily one of those situations where we might be bit confused about our circumstance. This idea here is to understand, sometimes the most important questions are the questions we ask ourselves.
